Narrative Story Board

Description

Who are you? Tell me your story. If your life was a story, would it be interesting? How YOU define your story affects your experience of life. One technique that film producers use to outline great stories is a technique called storyboarding. This technique is also a useful tool for you to think about the story of your life career. The tool below is meant to give students a template to reflect on some key questions in one’s personal/professional narrative using the story board method. Don’t worry, you don’t need to illustrate it; written reflection is fine. There is a 6-panel and a 9-panel tool below. See which one you prefer or try them both!

6 Panel Story Board

Download and answer the question prompts for each panel. Assembling the responses from each panel will give you the raw materials to construct your own personal narrative.

9 Panel Story Board

Leadership Narrative (9 Panel) – Download and answer the question prompts for each panel. Assembling the responses from each panel will give you the raw materials to construct your own personal narrative.
